As the world's largest vacation ownership company, Wyndham serves over 900,000 families. But life changes—and we're here to help you exit gracefully.
Annual dues increase regularly. Many owners purchased years ago when fees were lower—and the current costs no longer fit their budget. We help you stop the fee cycle permanently.
Empty nesters, remote workers, and retirees often find their points unused. Club Wyndham's 13-month booking window doesn't help if you no longer plan annual vacations.
Many owners don't realize VIP benefits don't transfer on resale. Buyers need to understand this—but you can still sell your points at fair market value.
We've guided hundreds of Wyndham owners through successful resales. Our licensed brokers understand Club Wyndham Select, Access, and WorldMark nuances.
We review your ownership documents—whether Club Wyndham Select, CWA, or WorldMark credits. You'll know exactly what buyers will receive.
We price based on your home resort and points amount. Bonnet Creek and Grand Desert command premium prices. We factor in transfer fees (~$299-$599).
We educate buyers on VIP status restrictions and Club Pass limitations. Transparency leads to smoother closings.
We coordinate with Wyndham's transfer department and ensure estoppel certificates are obtained. No loose ends.
The biggest difference between buying retail vs. resale? VIP status eligibility. We help buyers and sellers navigate this critical distinction.
NOT available on resale purchases. VIP status is Wyndham's premium tier with enhanced benefits—but only direct buyers qualify.
For sellers: Your VIP benefits end when you sell. For buyers: You get the points—not the VIP perks.
Most ownership benefits remain. Resale buyers enjoy the core Club Wyndham experience—they just won't have VIP status.
Transfer fees: Buyers pay Wyndham ~$299-$599 for ownership change plus estoppel fees.
WorldMark is Wyndham's original points-based system using "credits" instead of points. Key restriction: WorldMark resale credits cannot use Club Pass to book Club Wyndham resorts.
Presidential Reserve requires 1,000,000+ points purchased directly from Wyndham. Like VIP status, Presidential Reserve does NOT transfer on resale. Buyers get the points only.

Answers to the most common questions about selling your Club Wyndham or WorldMark ownership.
Selling Club Wyndham requires understanding VIP status restrictions. Our 4-step process: 1) Free Ownership Analysis — We identify your points, home resort, and ownership type (Select, CWA, or WorldMark). 2) Strategic Pricing — Price based on home resort demand and points amount, factoring in buyer-paid transfer fees. 3) Buyer Education — We ensure buyers understand VIP status doesn't transfer. 4) Licensed Closing — Handle Wyndham's transfer requirements and estoppel certificates. Typical timeframe: 60-90 days.
VIP status does NOT transfer on resale. This is Wyndham's main resale restriction. VIP status requires purchasing 300,000+ points directly from Wyndham and includes benefits like priority booking, discounts, and bonus points. When you sell, your VIP benefits end. Buyers purchasing resale get the annual points allotment but without VIP perks.
Presidential Reserve (1,000,000+ points) also does NOT transfer on resale. Like VIP, this elite status with suite upgrades and 60% point discounts is for direct buyers only. We price resale points accordingly and educate buyers on all restrictions.
Club Wyndham: Points-based system with access to 100+ Wyndham resorts. Uses "points" as currency. Club Wyndham Select (deeded) and Club Wyndham Access (right-to-use) are the two main types.
WorldMark: Credits-based system and Wyndham's original vacation club. Uses "credits" instead of points. WorldMark resale credits cannot use Club Pass to book Club Wyndham resorts. Both systems offer RCI exchange access. We handle resales for both.
Club Wyndham resale values vary by home resort and points amount:
Premium resorts command higher prices. We provide a free, data-backed valuation specific to your resort and ownership.
Club Pass is Wyndham's internal exchange program allowing Club Wyndham owners to book WorldMark resorts and vice versa. Resale points do NOT qualify for Club Pass. Only developer-purchased points can use Club Pass (with a $99 booking fee). This is a key restriction we disclose to all potential buyers. Resale buyers still get full access to their home resort network and RCI exchange.
Wyndham's "Wyndham Cares" program offers an exit option—but typically provides $0 in return, just relief from future obligations. Selling on the resale market through a licensed broker often puts actual cash in your pocket. Additionally, Wyndham's "Certified Exit" program has specific eligibility requirements.
